Noosaville and Caloundra will receive community batteries to help lower household electricity bills and reduce emissions following the first round of the Community Batteries for Household Solar Program.

Regional Development Assistant Minister Anthony Chisholm said the program was a prime example of Australian Government’s commitment to ensuring all Australians have access to affordable, reliable and clean energy.

If you want to learn more about EVs, on June 23 the Noosa EV Expo is on again.

“We think Noosa residents are ready to power up their community’s future with sustainable energy” said ZEN chair Anne Kennedy.
